What you get

A 3‑hour visit is ideal for smaller jobs such as fixing a leaking sink drain, replacing an outside tap, adjusting doors, hanging a shelf, sealing a small leak, or painting a small area. I bring standard tools and work efficiently.

Choose either a 9:00 AM or 1:00 PM start. Each slot runs for 3 hours (no lunch break).

Cost

103.50 pounds (3 hours × 34.50 per hour).

Pick a time that suits you via Calendly. Your booking is paid securely by PayPal through Calendly.

Cancellation and appointments within 14 days

Please give at least 7 days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps me offer the slot to another customer.

This does not affect statutory cancellation rights that may apply to an online booking. If you book a visit that will take place within 14 days, Calendly will ask you to request that work begins during the cancellation period and acknowledge that charges may apply for work already carried out before cancellation.

Please list the jobs you want done and have any parts ready before the visit. I do carry common parts and can supply them if needed, and I’ll charge for parts used.
