I help landlords and homeowners tidy up properties between tenancies. This is pay‑as‑you‑go handyman work, ideal for smaller lists and practical repairs.

Typical End‑of‑Tenancy Jobs

Touch‑up painting and tidy finishes
Fixing small holes, loose fittings, and doors
Replacing broken handles or hinges
Minor repairs to floors, trims, and skirting
Basic bathroom and kitchen fixes

I do not offer deep cleaning or rubbish removal.

Developers & Day‑Rate Work

Developers can book me on a day rate. You provide all parts and materials, and you manage the project. I carry out the work for the time booked.

How to Book

This is pay‑as‑you‑go. Choose a time slot and I’ll work through your list.

Smaller lists: book 3 hours
Bigger lists or longer days: book 6 hours

Working limits: I work alone, use ladders up to 5 metres, and lift up to 15 kg. Not offered: gas work, electrical work, gardening, sloped roofs, tip runs/rubbish removal, toilet soil pipes, or clearing brown water drains. Service area: Swindon only.
