I take care with layout, cuts, and grout lines so the finish looks tidy and lasts. Small tiling jobs can often be completed in one visit.

Tiles and adhesive are usually supplied by you, but I can advise on quantities.

How to Book

This is pay‑as‑you‑go. Choose a time slot and I’ll work through your list.

Small tiling jobs: book 3 hours
Larger areas or multiple rooms: book 6 hours

For full project management or quoted work, use the Quote page (Fabian Interiors).

Working limits: I work alone, use ladders up to 5 metres, and lift up to 15 kg. Not offered: gas work, electrical work, gardening, sloped roofs, tip runs/rubbish removal, toilet soil pipes, or clearing brown water drains. Service area: Swindon only.
